Prior to establishing Christifulli Companies, Nicholas was a founding partner of Vertical Holdings Company; a firm focused on community and neighborhood retail projects and long-term triple net build-to-suit developments for national retail tenants. He continues to represent a number of national retail tenants in the Western United States including: AMC Theaters, Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Staples, Ross Dress for Less, Sports Authority, Home Base and Brinker International, among others. Nicholas has been in the shopping center business for more than 28 years and has been involved in over 20,000,000 square feet of development and leasing.
For many years, Nicholas served as the Vice President of Development and Leasing for Westcor Partners, now a part of Macerich. He was responsible for their portfolio of community and power centers. In this role, he was responsible for the oversight of all leasing and property management efforts as well as cultivating and maintaining relationships with key retailers. He forged and now maintains strong relationships with retailers such as Target, Wal-Mart, Ross Dress for Less, TJ Maxx, Barnes & Noble Booksellers and many others. Nicholas also served as Vice President and Marketing Director for Westcor’s 1200-acre Boulders Golf Course Community. He is a graduate of Arizona State University and serves on the boards of a number of local charities.

Jodi Johnson

Jodi Johnson has been a principal in power centers, neighborhood centers and mixed-use developments. Most recently, she served as the interim President/CEO for Cormac Company. Prior to 2010, she was the Director of Development for Hamilton Development Company. She has managed brokerage transactions and services for a number of commercial retail projects while also administering all financial aspects of these projects including financial modeling, managing project budgets, establishing and maintaining relationships with lenders and working through distressed asset issues. Jodi has been responsible for directing organizational management and strategic planning. She is experienced in managing external professionals (general contractors, architects, engineers) and internal professionals (construction manager, property managers, firm controller) and interfacing with legal counsel to negotiate professional contracts, as well as negotiating sales contracts and lease terms on behalf of ownership. Jodi received her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and has a Masters of Business Administration. She volunteers for and serves on the boards of several local charities.
